Hope Runs Here 5K in Smith's Point, New York

Hope Runs Here 5K course- I'm back... But not to run the race. A few years ago I ran the Hope Runs Here Half Marathon in Smith's Point, New York and was it hot. About 130 people dropped mid-race because of how hot it was. Although a good run, I didn't think I'd be returning after that day. As a matter of fact, I said I'd never step foot on this course again, but that's just bad running karma. So, here I am! Only this time I am armed..... camera in hand, I photographed it and cheered for you all who braved the heat today.
